I thought I would prepare a quick Tutorial to show you how you can take the Rubber off the Stampin’ Around wheels. I love most of the Stampin’ Around wheels but I some times I have trouble wheeling them straight {as much as I try} with some designs if they are not straight they look “bad” and I hate things that are not straight and everything on my cards needs to be perfect, So I take these designs off the wheel and use then as a long stamp on a clear block. Some designs I take off the wheel because I want to cut them up and use parts of the stamp, Like I have done with Friendly Words on this card.

It is very easy to do, All you need in a Wheel, a Cutting knife and Ezy Mount Foam. Using the Cutting knife cut down the seem of the rubber.

Start pulling back the rubber gently.

Keep going… remember gently.

Attach Ezy Mount Foam to the back of you rubber. Ezy Mount can be bought from Scrapbook Stores and it comes in a A4 Sheet. One side is sticky and that is the side the Rubber attaches too, and the other side is shiny and soft which “clings” to a clear block.

Here I have cut the “Friendly Words” Wheel up and now I have a fabulous Friendship Quote set. I must admit I ordered two of this wheel so I can keep one as a wheel and the second wheel I could cut up :)
