I am feeling so Inspired at the moment, I had been feeling a little “over it” lately…. But I am definitely not feeling that way anymore, And this card was my turning point…. I made this over the weekend and I LOVE it. I pull out a classic stamp, Stipple Rose and a Few Favourite Backgrounds to create this little beauty. I coloured the image with Real Red and Old Olive Markers onto Stampin’ Up! Watercolour paper, I used a Blender Pen to watercolour image. I have stamped “Adore” from Tres Chic using a Choc Chip marker (Don’t look at Tres Chic as just a Background Stamp, it’s a GREAT word set aswell). I have stamped both the Real Red and Olive Old Cardstock with the Linen background in VersaMark (I Love adding little details), I have stamped the Floral background on the Old Olive cardstock. I have layered up the card as shown and tied Stain ribbon round the card (This Ribbon is from the Theatre ribbon pack).

I have made a bunch of this cards to give to some of my Friends that I just “adore” and just want them to know that and I have also made one to offer on my blog as a give away… What do you need to do to win? It is under 1 month to Valentines day, So to get in the Valentines Day spirit I have a cute card to sent loads of love, Not my normal style but I LOVE it. I got this stamp set in my Starter kit when I joined Stampin’ Up! and I have not used it much…I think the thought of water colouring it puts me off, But I do love paper piecing so that’s what I did…

Notice the little details, it has a windscreen and a open window…

I have used jumbo brads for the wheel….

Ink: Blue Bayou, Close to Cocoa, Basic Black
Other: SU Jumbo brads, White ribbon, overhead sheet, Blender Pen

I have a colourful (for me at least) and masculine card for you today, I Just love this stamp from “For Father” which is in the current Summer mini, It is such a fun set to use and water colour. I am not the worlds best water colourer but I am pretty happy with this card, I strongly believe the key to “good” water colouring is SU Watercolour paper….{This stuff rocks} I like to colour direct to the paper with a marker then work the colour with a blender pen.

Other: Blender Pen and wide Grosgrain Choc Chip ribbon

Now for a card using one of the Sale-A-Bration set Botanical Blooms {SO nice}, I tried to get a little creative with the images by stamping the Pink flower twice to make a larger flower, I used a maker on the leaf stamps to make smaller leafs.
