I know, I know….I am slack… But here is my tutorial. I am sorry it is late but I have had computer issues, lots of publication work and general life drama’s of late that has been keeping me extra busy…But I am back and will blog MORE…A lot more…
Materials used:
Stamps Brocade Basics
Tres Chic
Watercolour Crayons - Soft Subtles
Water mist bottle
Clear embossing powder
Heat tool
VersaMark
White craft pad
Natural, Sage Shadow and Pretty in Pink cardstock

1. Spray water onto the rubber

2. Using the flat end of the crayon colour direct to the rubber

3. Spray water on the stamp again, this time to ‘wet’ the crayon and stamp on to paper

4. Repeat the first 3 steps using to flower

6. Using Tres Chic (I LOVE THIS STAMP) ink up selected words using VersaMark

7. Cover words with Clear embossing powder, Tap off excess embossing powder and use a dry paint brush to remove any extra powder.

9. Stamp Trec Chic on a piece of Pretty in Pink cardstock in Whisper White ink

10. Sponge the edge of all layers with Whisper White ink.

11. Layer the cardstock together, distressing each layer and add a little ribbon.

Beautiful card & a great tip to use the flat end of the crayon for this technique. I think I’ll have to get “Tres chic” xx

I have a little time off, so I clicked onto your blog after viewing a card that I loved. I am printing out these directions so that I can CASE this gorgeous card. I love that it is entirely SU products and it is so very pretty. Your work is awesome and I now have several of your creations in my favs. HNY from California to you!
